Unlike all other grills, the Vertical Chef directs the heat upwards, allowing the resistors to bake on both sides at 350oC. Becaues of the design of this grill, fats can remove from food and the heat elements and eliminates smoke and odours.
The food is healthier, lighter and more delicious, as you taste just the natural flavour of food. You can let the cooked food sit on its protective sides to keep it warm and then use them for serving.
Vertical Chef can be cleaned very easily. Remove the pan with the fat, remove the heat elements and all the others and put them in the dishwasher.
